Return & Refund

1.You can indicate your intent to return within 15 days of receiving the product, providing the product remains unused and in their original packaging. Please note that returned item that is either used or not in their original packaging may not be accepted.

Return Goods with RMA If returned goods with an RMA and in its original condition without any damage or dirty, we can offer a full refund of the item(s). If returned goods without an RMA will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. If returned goods with an RMA but in bad condition with incomplete functionality, we will do partial refund according to damage situation.

3. For product returns, please arrange by EMS. Please note that we only accept EMS.

4. The items should be returned to correct address as instructed. If the products are returned to wrong address, we will keep the right to refuse refund due to not receive returned products.

5. All returned goods will be inspected for functions, damage and authenticity upon receipt.
